Ingredients: 1/2 cup Olive Oil; 4 cups Onions (chopped); 4 Cloves Garlic crushed; 4 cups winter squash (cut into bite sized pieces); 1 large sweet potato (cut into bite sized pieces); 1 cup Celery (chopped); 2 cups Tomatoes (chopped (fresh or canned)); 1 1/2 cups Bell Peppers (any color; we like red for extra color); 3 cups Chickpeas (cooked); 6 cups Veggie broth; 4 teaspoons Paprika; 2 teaspoons Turmeric; 2 teaspoons Basil; 2 teaspoons Salt; dash Cinnamon; 2 Bay leafs
