Crust

lukewarm water

active dry yeast

sugar
or honey

I prefer half whole grain wheat and half all purpose

Sauce

tomato paste

onion powder

tsp
garlic powder

all purpose flour

pizza seasoning
or Italian seasonings if that's what you have

Instructions
Crust
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Combine lukewarm water, yeast and sugar into a medium/large mixing bowl. Let the yeast proof or rise in the water. (takes about 10 minutes).
Add half the flour and knead it with a bread mixer or stir it by hand for 5 minutes.
Add salt and gradually add the rest of the flour until the sides of the bowl are clean. Divide the dough into two halves.
Roll the dough on a floured surface then make a nice rolled edge.
Spray cookie sheet or pizza pan. Lay the crust dough onto the pan and let it rise for about 10-15 minutes.
Sauce
Mix together all the ingredients.
Spread sauce on the pizza crust, add toppings, then 1-2 cups of mozzarella depending on how cheesy you want it.
Bake on the top rack for about 15 minutes. If doing smaller pizzas it will take less time so keep an eye on it.
