Ingredients
2cans beans(I used black and pinto)
1onion
3eggs
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspgarlic powder
2tbspnutritional yeast
1/2tspsoy sauce
10saltines(about one sleeve)
Instructions
Drain some of the liquid in the beans. Place beans, chopped onion, eggs, salt, garlic, nutritional yeast, and soy sauce into your food processor and mix them well.
Place the saltines in a zip lock bag and mash them into small pieces then mix them with your bean mixture.
Poor bean mixture into a frying pan or onto a griddle on medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes on each side. Or until cooked all the way through. If you want your burgers more crispy cook them in a tablespoon or two of oil.
Serve on a burger bun with fixings, or by its self with a side.
