Crispy on the outside, tender and moist on the inside, these marinated chicken drumsticks are easy to make and a family favorite.
Ingredients
jar 2-ounce jar orange marmalade
3tbshoney
1tbspextra virgin olive oil
1tbspDijon mustard
1lemonjuiced
2limesjuiced
1/2tspkosher salt
1/4tspground white pepper
1/2tspgarlic powder
8chicken drumsticks
1small orangethinly sliced

Instructions
Make the marinade by mixing the marmalade, honey, olive oil, mustard, lemon and lime juices, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; whisk to combine.
Place the marinade, drumsticks, and orange in a large resealable plastic bag and massage around the chicken to coat evenly. Refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours.
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Transfer the drumsticks, sauce, and oranges to the prepared baking sheet. Bake until the chicken is golden and cooked through, 25 to 30 minutes.
