Marinated Chicken Drumsticks

Crispy on the outside, tender and moist on the inside, these marinated chicken drumsticks are easy to make and a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • jar 2-ounce jar orange marmalade
  • 3 tbs honey
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 small orange thinly sliced
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Make the marinade by mixing the marmalade, honey, olive oil, mustard, lemon and lime juices, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; whisk to combine.
  • Place the marinade, drumsticks, and orange in a large resealable plastic bag and massage around the chicken to coat evenly. Refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  • Transfer the drumsticks, sauce, and oranges to the prepared baking sheet. Bake until the chicken is golden and cooked through, 25 to 30 minutes.
