Ingredients
Juice of one orange
Juice of two limes
1/2cupof extra virgin olive oil
2Heaping tablespoons of cilantro
1Tablespoonof Goya Adobo Seasoning with Cumin
Pinchof cayenne pepper
1Tablespoonof garlic powder
Instructions
Put the juices of the orange and limes, extra virgin olive oil, and the cilantro in a food processor. Pulse several times to break the cilantro down into a finer size, so that it distributes more evenly through the marinade.
Add in the adobo seasoning, cayenne, and garlic powder and pulse one more time.
Notes
You can also choose fresh cilantro instead of dried. I used dried in this batch, as fresh cilantro is out of season at the moment. Fresh will deliver even more substantial flavor.
