Stir together, frozen blueberries and yogurt - add sweetener if using it, (see notes).
Let sit out at room temp for approximately 5 minutes. The frozen blueberries will begin to freeze the yogurt.
Stir again and enjoy.
Notes
The ratio is approximately 1-1, such as 1 cup yogurt and 1 cup blueberries per serving, however, you can adjust that ratio up or down to suit your preferences.
If the blueberries are sweet, we opt out of sweetener for an eve healthier snack. If blueberries are tart we may add 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp. maple syrup or sorghum. Both are healthier options than sugar.
