Chocolate chip cookies are a classic favorite of most people I know. But every time I look up a chocolate chip cookie recipe they always seem to need a lot of ingredients, and a lot of preparation. Why can’t I just find a recipe for EASY chocolate chip cookies? Here’s my version of easy cookies: makes 100 mini cookies 🙂
Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies
This is a recipe for very simple, easy, cookies.
There are only four ingredients plus the chocolate chips and only a few steps to keep it simple. Anyone could do it, no matter how advanced your baking skills.
This is a great recipe for cookie emergencies like last minute company, a bake sale, a potluck, a birthday party, you name it. The other fabulous thing about this cookie recipe is that it makes 100 small cookies! No doubling or tripling the recipe, one batch will have you set.
Not only is this a great chocolate chip cookie recipe but it can be used for just about any flavor of cookie you want by simply adding whatever taste you are looking for.
You can use chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, caramel chips, sprinkles, whatever you want you can take it or leave it. In fact, in one batch you could easily make a few different kinds of cookies. Not just chocolate chip. In this batch, I made some chocolate chip and some with sprinkles. You could leave them plain too, but the kids will rebel 😛
I made these cookies for my son’s eighth birthday and they were a big hit. The children claimed they were the best cookies they had ever had, and not only did I have plenty for the party, but a stash leftover in the freezer. Make sure you have some freezer bags on hand to hide some for the future.
I also made them for a school event! It was cheaper than buying a few dozen cookies, they had the homemade touch, and of course, I had some leftover to for future midnight snacking.
Be sure to keep these ingredients in your pantry for your next potluck, bake sale, or birthday party you will have a quick delicious treat that everyone will love.
