Mango Salsa

  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled and cut into ¼ inch chunks
  • ½ small red onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 or 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt


Combine mango, onion, cilantro, jalapeno and salt in a small bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve with tortilla chips.
