Garden Greens Egg Bake
This is a fantastic way to make a quick and easy breakfast recipe! All you need to do is bake it one morning, and you have an on-the-go breakfast item for the rest of the week.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp for the casserole dish
- Leafy power greens
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup onions
- 1 Sun dried tomatoes
- 1 cup Feta Cheese
- 1 cup Shedded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 dozen eggs
- 3 TBSP Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Set oven to 350f
- Grease a large casserole dish with olive oil
- Cut onions and Mushrooms and cook for four minutes
- Chop the power greens into large chunks
- Lay the now chopped greens into the casserole dish
- Now add the mushrooms and onions on top of the greens
- Chop Sun-dried tomatoes and sprinkle them on top of the greens evenly
- Now sprinkle in the feta cheese and parmasian cheese on top
- Crack eggs into a large bowl or blinder
- Add the seasoning and blend well
- Gently pour the eggs into the casserole dish
- Put the egg bake into the oven and cook for 50 minutes
- Enjoy once the timer goes off
