- 2 ripe mangos, peeled and cut into ¼ inch chunks
- ½ small red onion, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 or 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
Combine mango, onion, cilantro, jalapeno and salt in a small bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve with tortilla chips.
