Mango Salsa

  Ingredients: 2 ripe mangos, peeled and cut into ¼ inch chunks ½ small red onion, chopped ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 or 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped ½ teaspoon salt Directions: Combine mango, onion, cilantro, jalapeno and salt in a small bowl.
